The pool area captivated me with its size and beautifully landscaped gardens. The space felt like a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. I enjoyed the large outdoor swimming pool and appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The rooms, while spacious, showed signs of aging and could benefit from some maintenance. It was disappointing to find there were roaches in our room. The dining menu offered delicious food, though it felt overpriced compared to local options. the staff were welcoming and attentive, making breakfast requests at an early hour possible. The hotel's location provides a peaceful escape from the busy media nearby, but being 20 minutes away can be a hassle if you want to be central.

The pool was amazing, but the rooms could really use some cleaning.

The suite was spacious with a nice terrace and a private garden, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining options around the pool were a nice perk, especially the traditional breakfast that was quite a treat.
The property is showing its age—some furniture feels worn and could use a refresh to really shine. I noticed a few neglected areas in need of a little maintenance, like a awkwardly positioned toilet flush handle that wasn’t properly secured. The lack of a proper lounge area and bar made it feel a bit underwhelming for the price, and the overall atmosphere leaned more towards cluttered than chic, with quite a bit of artwork that felt overwhelming. the limited service hours at reception were surprising. I would expect more flexibility from a place like this.

The lush gardens & spacious pool area were an oasis, but the room maintenance was sadly lacking—furniture worn & cleanliness issues keep this from excellence. 💔

great atmosphere but room cleanliness needs attention
The spacious Junior Suite provided ample room for my family's needs, featuring a nice terrace where we enjoyed our evenings. The gorgeous garden view was a delight, creating a serene environment for relaxation. Breakfast by the pool served enticing traditional options, each morning felt special and invigorating.
I noticed that the room cleanliness was lacking, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Staying with friends was amazing! We had a free shuttle to the golf course and enjoyed sunbathing in private gardens. The staff was fantastic, especially Sofia, who went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was a feast, and the suites were spacious and full of charm.
We did face some challenges, like the limited hours for reception. This can be a hassle if you need something outside of those times.

the service could be super slow, like it took over an hour for a mojito to arrive. also, the room cleanliness could be better, we noticed some spots that needed attention.

Beautiful gardens and spacious suites make this a tranquil stay
I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the stunning traditional architecture and the peaceful gardens. Breakfast by the pool was delightful, featuring a selection of traditional Moroccan options that made mornings a pleasure. the limited hours for reception could be inconvenient for late arrivals.
